Sabak Bernam Community In Shock After Boyfriend Murders Pregnant Woman

In a shocking incident that has left the local community reeling, a 20-year-old former college student has been arrested for the murder of his girlfriend, who was four months pregnant.
The suspect, who had been in a relationship with the victim for about a year, allegedly became dissatisfied with his girlfriend after discovering that she had concealed her pregnancy from him.
According to reports, the suspect stabbed his girlfriend to death before burning her body in an oil drum to eliminate any evidence.
Sabak Bernam OCPD, Superintendent Agus Salim Mohd Alias, held a press conference to provide details about the case.
He revealed that the police swiftly arrested the suspect at his home in Dagang, Selangor, just five hours after discovering the body.
Preliminary investigations have shown that the suspect had no criminal record and did not take drugs.
The suspect, who had just finished studying at a higher learning institution (IPT), is accused of stabbing his girlfriend to death and cutting her belly with a knife.
After killing her, he bought gasoline from a gas station and set fire to her body in an oil palm plantation in Kampung Sungai Limao (Sg Limau), Dagang, Selangor.

To destroy evidence, he left all of the victim’s belongings and other evidence at Jalan Sungai Limau.
The police received a report from the public at 8:15 am on 24 May, saying a body was found in an oil palm plantation.
After inspection, it was discovered that the body had been burned and was lying prone on the ground.
The degree of burning reached 60%, and the body is currently in the mortuary of Sungai Buloh Hospital pending a forensic autopsy to determine the cause of death.

In light of this tragic incident, Agus Salim urged parents to pay more attention to their children, especially teenagers, to prevent such incidents.
He also reminded people to think about the seriousness of their actions and the unbearable consequences before committing any crimes.
The suspect has been charged with murder under Section 302 of the Penal Code and will be detained for six days for further investigation.
