In life,  it is common to feel that we are down and struggling in life.

In fact, the Covid-19 pandemic has made people even more pessimistic about life.

But without realizing, there are always people who are worse off than ourselves.

It is a hand-to-mouth existence for many. As the Malay saying goes, “kais pagi, makan pagi, kais petang, makan petang”. 

Such is the case of a person with disabilities (OKU) who was begging at a busy junction.

In a video shared on TikTok by @malaysiaupdatenews, the man was seen asking for help from road users to buy food.

Real-Life Heroes

Suddenly, there was a motorcyclist who stopped and handed a box of food to the man.

It was even more touching when he reacted happily to the gift, seemingly grateful to the motorcyclist.

Netizens were touched with the the man’s reaction and agreed that he deserves to be helped.

They highlighted that he did not ask for money, but merely for food to survive.

They were also impressed by the sincerity of the motorcyclist, and hoped that the good samaritan would be blessed in return.

The motorcyclist was hailed as a real-life hero who showed that it does not take much to help those in need.

Truly, no act of kindnes is too small or insiginificant. Every act have the potential to make the world a happier place.

They may also encourage others to repeat the good deeds they’ve experienced themselves – contributing to a more positive community.
