But, it’s about more than just a dining room away from home, as food takes the spotlight with the guests as its audience.

This festive season, the world-renowned and award-winning Japanese restaurant present three new menus that are perfect for a mid-week tête-à-tête with friends, a date night, or a weekend dinner with family.

Nobu KL’s esteemed executive chef Philip Leong said December is always a memorable month for the establishment, where guests are eager for delectable and unique experiences that Nobu strives to offer.

Having three different menus in one month is a challenging feat to ensure that each one is distinctly different on its own but tells its own story through the sequencing of dishes. The kitchen team worked really hard in preparation for this and we’re looking forward to seeing the reception.

A Holly, Jolly Christmas

The 6 Plates Of Christmas By Nobu starts with the premium experience of Moriawase comprising succulent servings of Oyster Foie Gras with Caviar, Salmon Sashimi with Black Goma Sauce and Bonito Tataki Amarillo Jalapeno Sauce with Crispy Shiitake.

After the fine start, guests will be pleased to know that it is then followed by the Chef’s Sushi Selection.

The selection is meticulously handpicked by Head Sushi Chef Masa who uses only the freshest ingredients.

Moving into the main courses, guests will get to indulge in a classic Peruvian dish, Nobu Style Seafood Ceviche.

The main courses are easily the piece-de-resistance of the menu featuring Alaskan King Crab with Cha Soba with Soy Cream Sauce.

Next comes the Grilled Japanese Wagyu Beef with Jerusalem Artichoke Puree, Pickles, Yamamomo Sauce and Coffee Soil.

A succulent bite and absolute gastronomic bliss, this particular steak is the way to go because the meat absorbs some of the grill’s smoky flavour.

Dessert is not to be missed, and the final course brings the menu to a sweet end with the Cherry Ice Cream Cake served with decadent Caramel Miso, Chocolate Cream and Cherry Compote.
