Popular and beloved food influencer Khairul Aming recently had all his staff in big bright smiles after taking them on a trip to Langkawi.
In a TikTok video, he noted that the Sambal Nyet factory was closed for a total of five days so all 60 of his staff could enjoy a well earned holiday.
To ensure his staff had a good time, Khairul Aming put them up at the five-star Parkroyal Langkawi Resort.
In the video, he said the staff were also treated to activities such as jet skiing, cave explorations, snorkeling, and watching the sunset on two private yachts.
How cool is that?
Khairul Aming told his followers that he gave them some pocket money so that his staff could buy chocolates for their loved ones during their stay in Langkawi.
Alhamdulillah I am fortunate to have been able to share rezeki, looking at their happy smiles make me happy as well. Hopefully we can do more trips with them, I appreciate my team so much.

The video has since garnered a total of 2.3 million views since going viral and has close to 317,000 likes and 7,000 comments.
As usual, netizens filled his comment section with praises and some even inquired if there were job vacancies available at his company.
On the other hand, some even admitted that they were inspired by his actions.
