PM: “Received Any Messages From Me On Telegram? My Account Was Hacked, Ignore And Report It To The Authorities”

Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob’s Telegram account had been hacked.

The announcement was made by Ismail himself via his official Twitter at 4.34pm.

Ismail urged those that received any message from his Telegram account to report it to the authorities and ignore the message that was sent.

Perhatian: Akaun Telegram peribadi saya telah digodam oleh individu tidak bertanggungjawab. Mohon laporkan kepada pihak berkuasa dan abaikan sebarang mesej yang diterima daripada akaun berkenaan.

It was not immediately clear how long the hacker had managed to take over Ismail’s Telegram account and what sort of messages had been sent out from the account following the incident.
