7 Floral Inspired Cafes & Restaurants Around Klang Valley For Those Magnificent OOTDs

Most of these places are densely decorated with appealing artificial blooms, making them a perfect place for those OOTDs.

There are tons of cafes here in the Klang Valley. From greens to minimalistic themed cafes, you can find any type of cafe you want. Including floral-themed ones.

Here, we have a list of a few floral-inspired cafes and restaurants for you to dine in and get that insta worthy OOTD shots.

These places are not only known for their magnificent decorations, they are also known for their tantalizing and scrumptious dishes!

So here, check these places out.

1. Flora Kafe

Previously located at the Ampwalk Mall, Ampang and now located at Wangsa Maju, this cafe is luxuriously decorated with artificial flowers. Some parts of their ceilings are filled with vibrant purple and white cascading flowers, making the scene look like a floral paradise. Well, it is called Floral Kafe for a reason.

To dine here, it’s best if you make a reservation first, just for them to save seats for you in case of a full-house or if they are unavailable because of reserved events. They also cater to events such as birthdays, small weddings and more.

Here, they serve mostly Western cuisine but they also have some promising Malay dishes as well. Their menu ranges from Laksa Johor and Nasi Goreng Padprik to Salmon Grill and Rib Eye Steak. Their best recommendations are the Lamb Grill, Mee Bandung and Laksa Johor.

In addition, owned by a Muslim, this cafe is also 100% halal.

2. Lisette’s Cafe & Restaurant

Lisette is a place that offers fresh brews, big meals and various bakes of pastries. Apart from being available for breakfast, lunch and dinner, they also have vegetarian-friendly dishes too.

Currently, they have two outlets in the Klang Valley, one in Bangsar and one in Subang. You will be greeted with a big pink flower wall in both of their places as that’s one of the main attractions of their cafes.

In terms of food, their most recommended dish is the Black Rice Nasi Lemak, available from breakfast to dinner. They also recommend trying their assorted pastries and breakfast menu.

Additionally, they are pork-free but do serve alcohol.

3. Viola Flower Cafe

This quaint little cafe is located in Bukit Jalil and they serve a fusion of Japanese and Western food. Ideally, they are known for their beautifully dried flower bed, hanging over your head in pastel shades of pink, purple and cream.

For their fusion cuisine, they serve creative meals which include onigiris, Japanese themed pizzas and pastas, rice bowls and various snacks like takoyaki and chibitori. For the recommendation, they suggest trying their Tori Cheesy Churros Burger and Salmon Mentai Pasta.

Besides that, they do not serve pork or alcohol and they also have Muslim chefs working with them.

4. Mary Jane KL

Located in the busy street of Petaling, this famous cafe is known for their luscious pink and red artificial flower booths on their second-floor dining area. If you take a picture here, you’re sure to look like a goddess on a bed of blossoming roses!

Other than that, their whole interior decor just speaks luxury as the top floor is decorated with chic pink paradise vibes while the lower floor (bar) is adorned with tropical jungle decors.

Their food is a fusion of Western and Malaysian food. Serving for brunch, evening tea and dinner, their menu ranges from Nasi Ulam Ayam Rendang and Kam Heong Clams Spaghetti to Australian Black Angus Ribeye and Mary Jane’s Cold Capellini.

Because they are a bar, they do serve alcohol but their food is pork-free.

4. The Orchid Conservatory

This breath-taking restaurant is located inside the Majestic Hotel KL. The place is densely decorated with a seasonal range of beautiful phalaenopsis orchids, varying according to the time of the year. It’s like sitting in a botanical garden!

To dine here, you would have to make a reservation first as their afternoon tea set is very popular, especially around the weekends.

At this hotel, they serve the same tea sets (scones, cakes, pastries) to three different venues in the hotel which are the Colonial Cafe, Drawing Room and Orchid Conservatory. The only difference to the tea set is the ambience of the place and the tea itself (the Orchid Conservatory being the premium place that’s served with premium tea).

Here at the hotel, they are pork-free but do serve alcohol.

6. Petals Room

It is truly a floral cafe if you have a wholesale florist nearby. Located near the wholesale fresh cut flower and plant florist, this cafe decorates its interiors with beautiful artificial blooms. They also have a flower wall filled with blooms of pink, purple, blue and white.

You can also visit the wholesale florist called Pudu Ria Florist nearby to get some cheap fresh-cut flowers or cute greens while you’re in the neighbourhood.

Here, they serve mostly Western food like Black Pepper Chicken Chop to Spicy Aglio Olio Pasta. They also have Afternoon Tea Sets for those who want to bite on little decadents while sipping various kinds of tea that they offer.

Other than that, their food is pork-free but they serve alcohol as they have a bar too.

7. Willow Restaurant

This restaurant is a semi-fine dining restaurant with an open bar located on the 8th floor of W Hotel Kuala Lumpur. Conveniently, they are right next to the PETRONAS Twin Towers, so make sure to take the window seat when you’re there (additional charges on deposit).

Being a fine dining place, their interior decoration is just opulently gorgeous, you’ll feel like you’re in a pastel bloom spring garden!

Their food is an exquisite mixture of cuisines from Japanese to French dishes. Some of their most recommended dishes are the Spanish Octopus and the Hokkaido Scallop.

Also a bar, this place serves alcoholic beverages but their food is pork-free.
