Pavilion KL has over 10,000 food and beverage selections in the mall, and from now until 24 July 2022, visitors are invited to join the gastronomic food adventure at the Pavilion Feast.

The campaign aims to showcase the best of local and international cuisine, all in one landmark: Pavilion KL mall.

There are plenty of halal and non-halal food options too. Halal and pork-free dining options include Japanese food culture at Yayoi, cheese-pulling Middle Eastern cuisine at Dubai, delicious seafood at OCEAN TWE12VE, Thai food at ParaThai, exquisite local delights at Serai, signature shellfish at Two Sons Bistro, and more.

We were invited on a quick, and by no means comprehensive, mini food tour that shows off just some of the delicious and yummy food you can get. This time, we explored the porky, non-halal options.

1. Santouka Ramen

Santouka Ramen started out in 1988 as a tiny stall in Hokkaido that could only seat 9 people. Now, it’s a well-known chain all over the world, best known for their signature shio (salt-based) ramen, though they also serve a light miso and rich tonkatsu

Lovers of ramen will enjoy the flavourful broths with springy firm noodles, topped with the usual ramen classics like char siew, fish cake, and bamboo shoots.

2. Shu Guo Yin Xiang Hotpot

There’s the best of both worlds here: try both the spicy mala soup base and also the beauty collagen broth at Shu Guo Yin Xiang Hotpot, which also features a lively Sichuan face-changing performance every day to entertain you while you eat.

3. Samy & Min Bak Kut Teh

You don’t have to go to Klang for really good bak kut teh. Let really good bak kut teh come to you. Samy & Min serves your favourites, whether that’s soupy, dry, or even in claypot!

As for drinks and dessert, why not refresh yourself with a delicious drink from Chagee, best known for their teas with fruit or milk.

For a sweet end to the day, head over to Coldstone Creamery for a dreamy ice cream treat.

That’s just a few of the ones we tried; there’s plenty more left for you to discover! During their Pavilion Feast promotional period, they have partnered with their official banking partner Maybank to give Maybank cardholders up to 20% discounts on selected F&B stores.

Additionally, shoppers who spend RM300 at any dining outlet in combination of two receipts may redeem a Maxwell & William Megan McKean Cities double-wall insulated cup.
