Her family was unable to contact her and was worried.

According to Sin Chew, a Facebook user shared a post asking for help to find her.

In a screenshot of a conversation, Teh had told her family that she was in Penang and would be in Kelantan from the 13th to the 15th of May.

She was driving a Myvi car.

The family had been trying to contact her but received notifications that her phone was switched off or had no signal.

The worried family was unsure if she had reached Kelantan or not.

News of her disappearance then became viral on social media.
