For your convenience, TRP took the liberty of translating the latest Phase 2 standard operating procedures (SOP) for the National Recovery Program (PPN) released by the The Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs (KPDNHEP) on 15 September.

TLDR: The Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs has released the SOPs for business that are allowed to operate during PPN Phase 2.


Shopping Complex, Supermarkets, Hypermarkets

Employee Capacity: 100% for Office Management, Operations & Support.

Prohibited Activities

  • Shopping complexes INCLUDING supermarkets, hypermarkets and department stores AND all necessary services and facilities to businesses/complete vaccination recipients as listed in the National Rehabilitation Plan (SOP Phase 2).
  • Only necessary services are listed in the relevant PKPD SOP only allowed to operate.

ACTIVITIES AND PROTOCOLS

Premise cleanliness

  • The process of disinfection and cleaning is carried out after business operations
  • The process of disinfection and cleaning is carried out 3 times a day during the operation in public areas such as suraus, toilets, stores, offices and counters; and
  • Ensure good VENTILATION SYSTEMS in the premises based on the guidelines for ventilation and indoor air quality issued by the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH).

Customer Management

Assign at least one employee of a shopping complex and a hypermarket to:

  • Controlling the entry and exit of customers to the business complex/premise
  • Ensure the attendance of employees and customers is recorded
  • Physical distancing of 1 meter while in the premise
  • Limit the number of customers at one time according to the size of the business premises with the designation of one (1) person for every four (4) square meters of retail floor space
  • Implementing Public Awareness Programs

Health Screening and MySejahtera Application

  • The use of the MySejahtera application for attendance records is mandatory in the area of ​​wide internet access. Exceptions are given for areas that do not have internet access, especially in rural and rural areas.
  • Only customers with ‘Low Risk’ status including “Casual Contact Low Risk” in MySejahtera are allowed to enter their respective complexes or premises.
  • Make a body temperature filter. Individuals with temperatures above 37.5°C are not allowed to enter the premises. Body temperature is taken only once at the entrance of the complex/common building

  • Individuals who have received a complete vaccine are allowed to bring children 17 years of age and under to dine-in at the premises in compliance with the terms of the general protocol.
  • The owner of the premises must display the notice of acceptance of the customer who has been completely vaccinated and asymptomatic only at the entrance of the premises.
  • Only employees who have received a full -dose and asymptomatic vaccine are allowed to work with the following vaccination rates:
    • a) 40%: Allowed to operate with a capacity of 60% of employees.
      b) 60%: Allowed to operate with a capacity of 80% of employees.
      c) 80%: Allowed to operate with 100% employee capacity

Use of MySejahtera Application and Registration Book

  • Petrol station operator owners are required to register and download the MySejahtera application
    for use by customers. The MySejahtera QR code must be easily scanable by the public and placed in shops, suraus, toilets, car workshops (if any), manual car washes (if any) or any place within the torsebut oil stoson area that could cause contact /validity of meeting contact.

Premise cleanliness

  • The process of disinfection and cleaning is carried out after the operation;

Customer Management

Assign at least one employee of a shopping complex and a hypermarket to:

  • Control the entrance and exit of customers to the business complex/premises;
  • Ensure the attendance of employees and customers is recorded;
  • Physical distancing of 1 meter while on the premises;
  • Mandating to limit the number of customers at one time according to the size of the business premises with
    designation of one (1) person for every four (4) square meters of retail floor space;
  • Provide disposable gloves for customers to use to select trading products
    for jewelry stores and clothing, fashion & accessories stores;
  • Customer time period in all retail premises is limited to a maximum of two (2) hours only; and
  • Implement a Public Awareness Program

Health Screening and MySejahtera

  • The use of the MySejahtera application for attendance records is mandatory in the area of ​​wide internet access. Exceptions are given for areas that do not have internet access, especially in rural and remote areas.
  • Only customers with ‘Low Risk’ status including “Casual Contact Low Risk” in MySejahtera are allowed to enter their respective complexes or premises.

  • Registration of all Barber Shop, Hair Dresser and Center / Salon Services with the local authority. Only premises that are REGISTERED WITH PBT are allowed operate
  • The Premise Owner must brief all employees on the SOP.
  • The Premises Owner must prepare the premise, related equipment, hand santizer, face mask, glove, apron, infrared hand held thermometer, premise disinfection material, customer appointment planning plan, customer record plan (either manual or MySejahtera Apps).
  • Ensure employee attendance is recorded. The use of the MySejahtera application for attendance records is mandatory in the area of ​​wide internet access. Exceptions are given for areas that do not have internet access, especially in rural and rural areas.
  • Ensure good lighting, AND VENTILATION SYSTEMS in the premises based on the guidelines for ventilation and indoor air quality issued by the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH).

Employee Status Review

  • Ensure that every employee including barbers and related activities comply with any latest Government instructions for Covid-19 test requirements from time to time.
  • Every day, check the employee’s body temperature and screen for symptoms of cough, sore throat or shortness of breath for each employee. Employees with a red Risk Assessment in MySejahtera are not allowed to work on the premises.
  • Only workers who are free of fever or symptoms of COVID-19 are allowed to enter work.
  • Any employee or barber who falls into the category of Close Contact or PUI/PUS Covid-19, is not allowed to work.

  3. Employees of barbers and related activities must wear a set of gloves for each customer.

  5. Do not use shared towels.
