Health DG Shows Creative Side In Fight Against COVID-19
Sometimes, a bit of creativity is needed to raise awareness about COVID-19 and even though he’s busy on tackling one of the worst pandemics in human history, Ministry of Health Director-General Datuk Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah still had the time to post a picture of KLCC with an overlay of the coronavirus on social media recently.
Even the caption was aptly done where he just said “If you can actually see COVID-19 being visible like this, would you want to go out?”
His message was clear, that Malaysians need to stay at home during the second phase of the MCO and reduce the number of infections.
It’s proven to be a simple yet effective strategy as nearly 30,000 people reacted to the post with more than 1,000 comments of Facebook alone.
As of April 5, Malaysia has recorded more 3,662 confirmed cases of the coronavirus that has caused 61 deaths in the country.
