“No, Unvaccinated CANNOT Dine In” Khairy Says New SOP ‘Not Updated’
The dine-in SOPs released by the MKN today said that dine-in will be open to all, including the unvaccinated.

Earlier today, the new SOPs released by the National Security Council (MKN) stated that dine-in privileges were allowed for non-vaccinated people.
This comes in anticipation of the Klang Valley moving into Phase 3 today.

However, Health Minister Khairy Jamaluddin has clarified that dine-in privileges will ONLY be allowed for those who have completed the vaccination requirements.
Fully vaccinated people are those who have completed two doses as well as the waiting period after.
KJ also mentioned that the SOP released by the MKN was ‘not updated’.
