[Watch] Firefighter Praised For Trying To Resuscitate Cat That Was Trapped In A Fire

A fire fighter’s effort to save a cat in Miri, Sarawak has been applauded by netizens.

In a video shared by Jabatan Bomba dan Penyelamat Malaysia Negeri Sarawak, the firefighter PB Mohamad Ainli Akhbar could be seen trying to resuscitate the cat.

Based on the post’s caption, the cat was trapped in a burning building. Fortunately, its owner managed to rescue the cat.

After the cat was brought out, Mohamad Ainli quickly jumped into action and immediately tried to revive the cat via cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).

There were moments when it seemed like the cat will pull through. Unfortunately, after 30 minutes of trying, the cat passed due to deep smoke inhalation.

While it was indeed a sad end, netizens believe Mohamad Ainli did what he could.

They praised and thanked him for his efforts. They also wished him all the best for his kind deed.
