Poslaju apologises to Twitter user whose gold was stolen
Earlier this week, Twitter user @waanyrozaimi shared a sad Raya story of how her package was savagely opened and its content stolen.
Just like that, it was torn to pieces 😔😔 That’s my child’s duit raya 😔 I raise my child myself. This is for my child’s future.
Twitterjaya of course then responded with their own share of bad experiences with Poslaju as well.
True story – Ada ‘kenalan’ kerja Pos Laju bagitau, diorang kenal sangat barang dalam parcel, tengok dari shape & berat je. And diorang tau loophole sistem Pos Laju, senang nak curi, sender takleh buktikan apa2.

Some were even consoling her.
Telling her that without the proper packaging, the thief wouldn’t get much.
Beb…lagipon kalau dia jual skalipon mmg harga mmg akan jatuh sejatuhnya…sbb seal tu dh hilang..i pon ade gk beli ngn public gold ni

Whilst some shared a tweet by the Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Ministry on how to tackle this kinds of issue.
To which she replied;
….thank you wafi…..they said if you want the package to be delivered safely, ask the postman to open the package in front of you before you sign for it…
mekasih wafi. salah sikit td sbb barang pos ke ofis terus. tadi kerani yang sambut barang, dia yang sain. dorang kata kalau nak selamat barang sampai suruh abang posmen yg bukak@ bukak depan dorang dan jgn sain. apa2 senang nak salahkan poslaju balik 😂

In her tweet replying to our query, @waanyrozaimi says she is a frequent user of Poslaju, and things normally do get delivered safely. She seems quite at peace with the situation though.
hi sis, tak ni first time saya kena. selama ni saya guna poslaju okay je. selamat barang. kali ni bukan rezeki saya 🤗

On a happy note, Poslaju replied her tweet today.
When she found that Poslaju had started following her, she tweeted:
hi @pos4u, I don’t have a problem with Poslaju. I just have a problem with your dishonest staff. I’m not asking much, I just want you to fire the staff who stole my gold, I heard stories about packages from KL transiting in Tapah having loads of problems. I hope you investigate this matter, a faithful poslaju user
lots of love
