Poslaju apologises to Twitter user whose gold was stolen

Earlier this week, Twitter user @waanyrozaimi shared a sad Raya story of how her package was savagely opened and its content stolen.

Just like that, it was torn to pieces 😔😔 That’s my child’s duit raya 😔 I raise my child myself. This is for my child’s future.

@waanyrozaimi

Twitterjaya of course then responded with their own share of bad experiences with Poslaju as well.

Some were even consoling her.

Telling her that without the proper packaging, the thief wouldn’t get much.

Whilst some shared a tweet by the Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Ministry on how to tackle this kinds of issue.

To which she replied;

….thank you wafi…..they said if you want the package to be delivered safely, ask the postman to open the package in front of you before you sign for it…

@waanyrozaimi

In her tweet replying to our query, @waanyrozaimi says she is a frequent user of Poslaju, and things normally do get delivered safely. She seems quite at peace with the situation though.

On a happy note, Poslaju replied her tweet today.

When she found that Poslaju had started following her, she tweeted:

hi @pos4u, I don’t have a problem with Poslaju. I just have a problem with your dishonest staff. I’m not asking much, I just want you to fire the staff who stole my gold, I heard stories about packages from KL transiting in Tapah having loads of problems. I hope you investigate this matter, a faithful poslaju user

lots of love

@waanyrozaimi

Thank you on your feedback. We apologize for any inconvenience.

For further action, we would like you to DM us so that we can investigate the problem you are currently facing.

With Poslaju replying her tweet, we hope that this issue will be resolved and that justice is served.
