Federal Territories Minister Tan Sri Annuar Musa has been placed under Covid-19 quarantine in Sabah.
According to a statement released on Facebook, the Barisan Nasional (BN) Secretary-General was ordered to be put under observation by the Kota Kinabalu Health Department following his contact with Umno Supreme Council Member Datuk Mohd Razlan Rafii, who was confirmed positive for the coronavirus.
Annuar will be under watch for an unspecified amount of time at a residence in Kota Kinabalu as he awaits the results of his Covid-19 tests, which will be out in a couple of days.
Earlier, Annuar had tested negative of Covid-19 in Kuala Lumpur, prior to his trip to Borneo.
