If you’re craving for something chocolatey and sweet, why not try popping by the city for a well-earned dessert break?

Our friends at Pavilion KL has shared some of their favourite chocolate desserts that are perfect for a pick-me-up!

1. Dipndip

If you’re down to take chocolate to the next level, what better way than to indulge in dipndip?

The chocolate specialty café is known for its chocolate-on-chocolate-on-chocolate desserts. From waffles to pancakes to crepes or even just a simple hot chocolate, this is the place to live out your chocolate dreams.

Plus, dipndip is located on level 7 of Pavilion KL, offering diners a stunning view of bustling Bukit Bintang below you. But even if you’re not keen on heights, the indoor area is decorated with plush cushioned chairs and sofas for a cosy and relaxing ambiance.

2. Vanilla Mille Crepe

If you prefer something a little less intense, mille crepe cakes are lighter but still satisfies that chocolatey itch.

If you’ve never tried mille crepe before, you’re missing out! Made with many layers of delicate thin crepes stacked together in between layers of cream to make a cake, mille crepe is a wonderfully light yet flavourfully rich dessert!

3. Godiva

Now what if you want soft serve ice-cream, but make it premium? Godiva’s ready to serve you (pun intended) some chocolately goodness!

If you can get past the hefty price tag, Godiva’s soft serve ice cream is a rich, silky soft experience paired with a crisp waffle cone with a chocolate almond rim. Whether you like dark chocolate or white chocolate (or both!), these ice cream cones deserve your full attention.

4. Quivo

Quivo is actually a Mediterranean restaurant, but their desserts selection are definitely hard to beat.

Pick a decadent Oreo Chocolate brownie tower, featuring a scoop of creamy vanilla ice cream sandwiches between two layers of hot brownies, or try something novel like the Melanzane Al Cioccolato, a chocolate-coated roasted eggplant!

Regardless of what you choose, it’s definitely a good way to end your meal on a sweet note.

5. Harriston’s Chocolatier Signature Cafe

There’s chocolate, and then there’s chocolate fondue. There’s frankly nothing more fun you can do with chocolate than to melt it and dip yummy things into it.

From fruits like strawberries and grapes to savoury snacks like pretzels, they all taste better when coated with a warm gooey chocolate dipping sauce. What’s not to love?

6. Maison

Not into fondue? Would you rather ooey gooey chocolate within a tidy dessert instead? Then try a chocolate fondant instead! Similar to the more commonly known lava cake, chocolate fondants are cakes that have a melty chocolatey middle.

Maison’s Valrhona Chocolate Fondant is crafted using Valrhona 70% chocolate for an intense (but not-too-sweet) chocolate flavour. It’s balanced out with a creamy Madagascar vanilla gelato and a tangy cherry compote to make a yummy dessert!

7. PAUL

This is where you go to for the most luxurious and indulgent French desserts and chocolates! French patisserie PAUL has perfected their selection of desserts and pastries, such as delectable chocolate eclairs, scrumptious tartlets, gigantic macarons, and sinful cakes.
