Lotus’s Malaysia Opens New Store In Bandar Indera Makhota, Pahang

The new Lotus’s outlet is situated strategically along Jalan Sungai Lembing, the main road that connects Bandar Indera Makhota to Kuantan City.

Lotuss Stores Malaysia has expanded its presence into Bandar Indera Makhota, Pahang with its new store.

A first in the state, the single level store and mall space spans around 10,000 square meters and is situated strategically along Jalan Sungai Lembing, the main road that connects Bandar Indera Makhota to Kuantan City.

The store officially opens today and was officiated by Pahang Chief Enforcement Officer of the Ministry of Domestic Trade Muhamad Radzi Johari, accompanied by President of Lotus’s Malaysia Kenneth Chuah and other members of the Lotus’s Leadership team.

With our newest store layout, décor and wide selection of offerings, we are sure this new store will deliver on convenience, value and quality as a one-stop shopping experience for customers in Kuantan.

The new store format includes a comprehensive fresh produce, grocery and bakery section, lifestyle, household and electrical selection, stationery, apparel and more.

For a gastronomic experience, its food court offers six food stalls – Malaysian, Thai and western cuisines and one beverage counter.

Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf drive thru, Watsons and UR by Switch for Apple enthusiasts are also available now amongst 24 other key tenants in Lotus’s Indera Makhota.

Customers will also have the convenience of using the Lotus’s Scan & Shop application for better control of their shopping budget and quicker checkout experience with its four Self-Checkout counters.

They may also earn points on purchases made in-store or online and can be redeemed for rewards and greater savings with its FREE My Lotus’s membership and loyalty programme.

Shoppers will also have the option to place Lotus’s Pick-Up and Lotus’s On Demand services on its Lotus’s Malaysia application.

Furthermore, they will also enjoy RM5 off delivery fee with no minimum spending with Lotus’s Malaysia on foodpanda.

Plans to partner with Grab is also underway.

Other exciting activities lined up for customers between 15 and 18 June include:
– Baucar Ganda-Ganda for My Lotus’s members
– Goodie bags worth RM20 with a minimum spending of RM50
– Spend and Win with a minimum spending of RM100 in a single receipt
– FREE Own Brand sampling and cotton candy
– Photo booths

Also offered are 50 My Lotus’s loyalty points per purchase per month with a minimum monthly spending of RM50 per transaction on the TrueMoney E-wallet and an additional 100 My Lotus’s loyalty points for My Lotus’s members who download and register the TrueMoney application until December 2023.

The new store brings about 90 new jobs to Bandar Indera Makhota and stands as Lotus’s Malaysia’s 66th location across Peninsular Malaysia.

Committed to turning industry challenges like food waste into opportunities for social impact, Lotus’s Indera Makhota will divert its edible food surplus away from landfills under Lotus’s Malaysia’s flagship Food Donation Programme.

The programme daily donates edible food surplus to under-resourced and underserved families with the help of its long-time charity partner, Kechara Soup Kitchen and the Food Aid Foundation.

Since 2018, Lotus’s Malaysia has diverted 2.4 million kilograms of surplus food away from landfills, converting them to 10.4 million meals, providing over 120,000 families with access to nutrition.
