All our favourite pasars will be back for business on June 15. That includes pasar pagi, pasar malam, and also bazaars.
However, each market can only operate within strict timeframes.
Morning markets: 6am to 11am
Night markets: 4pm to 10pm
Bazaars: 5pm to 11pm
Only take-away options are allowed with traffic flowing in a single direction with one entrance and one exit.
Stalls must be placed between 1.5m to 2m apart from each other. The pasars must be in an open-air location with a gated area to control the flow of traffic.
All vendors must wear personal protection equipment (PPE), gloves, and a face mask.
Regular SOPs apply, such as temperature checks for each visitor and providing hand sanitizer. Visitors are encourages to wear face masks of their own and complete their visit quickly. Vendors and customers must use the MySejahtera app.
Vendor stalls must also adhere to additional SOPs put in place from DBKL, such as the width of tables. Additional guidelines will be published on the DBKL website. Any vendor found to break these rules will have their business shut down.
