Health Ministry tags 12 poisonous cosmetics. Is yours one of them?

Cause 12 cosmetic products have just been listed poisonous by the National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency.
If you are using any of these products, please stop!
These products have been found to contain controlled substances.
It’s not worth having your skin glow for the wrong reasons!
Normally the drugs found in these cosmetic products are used as antibiotics or anti-fungals which need prescriptions by licensed professionals.
Used at an excess or improperly, you can suffer from permanent skin damage, kidney failure, and even put yourself at risk of cancer.
Health Ministry Director General Datuk Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah suggests you to visit your local GP if you are experiencing any skin irritation or discomfort.
Although if you still have concerns about your cosmetics, don’t worry you can still check the safety of your product.
All you have to do is to visit the National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency website.
