Gamuda Gardens in Sungai Buloh and twentyfive.7 in Kota Kemuning will be welcoming their new homeowners to stay right before the Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO).
The new townships boast mindful town-making, including parks, infrastructure, and essential retail outlets such as grocery shops and restaurants.
New homeowners will be receiving the keys to their houses under strict SOPs to maintain physical distancing.
Due to the pandemic that we now face, more families are spending their time indoors and limiting their travel. As such, the township’s new suburban-style housing allows and encourages families to spend more time at home by making life at home spacious and comfortable.
Natural daylight and outdoor greenery through windows and skylights improve general mood within the house, while accessible parks and open space will help with those who have felt too cooped for these past few months.
In fact, these new townships make it possible to enjoy the extended period of time in solitude and away from the risk of Covid-19. Residents can work, unwind, relax, shop, and workout- all within the confines of their living space!
Stay at home and stay safe, everyone!
