Dell Is Ready For Windows 11 When It Arrives on 5 October
Most PCs for sale at Dell will come preinstalled with Windows 11.

With the new Windows 11 coming soon, it could be an awkward time to buy a new PC, especially if you buy from an online third party seller.
Not all vendors are prepared to offer their customers Microsoft’s latest operating system, but Dell Technologies said, they are.Â
From 5 October onwards, almost all PCs on sale at Dell.com will come with Windows 11 pre-installed.
If you need a PC sooner, no problem. Dell offers free upgrades to Windows 11 (for compatible systems) when it is available.
If you already own a Dell, there will be tools that would help guide you through the Free upgrade process. However, availability will vary from device to device.
Is Your Device Eligible?
Check with Dell’s upgrade eligibility list to see if your device can upgrade to Windows 11.
You can check when it is your device’s turn to upgrade after Windows 11 is rolled out by going to Settings / Windows Update.
You can choose whether to accept the upgrade or defer to a later date.
