What Type Of Sport Is Paragliding?
Paragliding is a type of extreme sport found in the early 1980s by people interested in aerial sports, and it allows one to run off the slopes with free parachutes.
It is generally considered a safe activity, but some risks are involved.
These include injuries from crashes, getting lost or stranded in remote areas, and exposure to bad weather.
Gliders can remain flying as long as there is a lift available.
Using prevailing winds blowing up a slope, a glider can be flown for as long as the wind blows.

Ranau in the West Coast Division of Sabah is among the top paragliding spots due to its hilly, highland landscape.
Paragliding is a thrilling sport, but it is safe when done with a qualified instructor.
You can relax but need to focus throughout the flight.
