Recently, a man on Twitter (@tumbukrusuk) shared his heartwarming encounter on the Guthrie expressway yesterday.

He noticed a red Honda City in the left lane driving really slowly. When he got a closer look at the car, he noticed a sign taped to the back of the car that read:

“Sorry x leh laju, Wife Czer (Sorry, Cant Drive Fast, Wife Czer)”.

Suddenly his heart melted and he had mad respect for the guy for taking care of his wife so well.

For your information, Czer or Caesarian section (C-section) is a surgical delivery method where the baby is delivered through an incision in the mother’s abdomen, often performed because vaginal delivery would put the baby or mother at risk.

Usually, doctors would recommend staying in the hospital for 2-4 days after the C-section and the time it takes for the wound to heal is around 6 weeks.

He wanted to respect other drivers

The driver, later known to be Amriezal (@AmriezalAM), replied to the tweet saying that he was the owner of the car. He also explained about the situation.

He said that he did that out of respect for other drivers because he was driving during peak hours, which is a time when people are going back home.

Highways aren’t a problem for him but he has to drive really slowly on certain small roads which people find hard to overtake. At some point, traffic had built up behind him. He apologised again to those who patiently waited and thanked them too.

He also added that his wife was actually discharged last Saturday (4 March) but her C-section wound opened and was bleeding again, so she had to be admitted again on 7 March.

When she was first discharged, the area they stayed in Sungai Buloh was struck by flash floods, so they were affected too (which was probably why her wound opened up again). As his wife had to go through another surgery, they needed to be extremely careful (on the road).

Other Malaysians shared their signs as well

In the comment section, a lot of people find the act so cute and heartwarming. Some of them expressed their admiration and compliments.

Besides that, other people also replied to the tweet with their own encounters with similar-looking signs on the road.

This goes to show that there are a lot of good husbands out there.
