Dog Tries To Follow Covid-19 Infected Owner To The Hospital In Thailand, Goes Viral Online For Its Loyalty

A video surfaced online showing a dog trying to accompany its owner, an elderly woman who is being stretchered away to be taken to the hospital for Covid-19.
Seeing that his owner is being carried away by healthcare workers, the dog tried multiple times to jump onto the stretcher, but ultimately failed.
Based on reports from Malay Mail, the incident actually happened in Thailand, more specifically in Samut Songkhram, Bangkok.
It’s also reported that the dog lived with the couple since it was a young puppy and that the husband of the of the elderly woman had passed away the day before due to the coronavirus.
For now, the dog will be under the care of the couple’s son.
