Telekom Malaysia (TM) has resumed their unifi installation services at premises which are located in Green Areas as declared by the Ministry of Health (MOH) and National Security Council (MKN).
For refurbishment activities, TM said their technical team will address any customer service issues including those within the premises, provided that the premises are located in Green Zone areas.
As for those living in the Yellow and Red Zone areas, repairs will be carried out up to the distribution point only and customers will need to install their own customer premise equipment with the help of TM technical team.
However, TM refurbishment activities will continue as is on premises such as hospitals, clinics and other critical agencies.
Meanwhile, for new Home unifi customers living in the Yellow Zone area awaiting installation of fiber broadband services; they will be given unifi Air as a temporary solution.
