TnG eWallet Is Facing Technical Difficulties

People have complained that their Touch n’ Go eWallet wasn’t working earlier today.

If your Touch ‘n Go (TnG) eWallet has been acting up earlier today, it’s because the app is experiencing a technical issue.

TnG eWallet shared on Facebook that they’re working to rectify the issue and apologised for the inconvenience caused.

They added that users will still be able to pay for tolls and parking via PayDirect and RFID if they have enough balance in the Wallet.

On TnG Malaysia’s Facebook account, the company said the RFID at Sprint Expressway is unavailable due to a network disruption at the Pantai Toll Plaza and Bukit Kiara Toll Plaza.

Netizens have complained that their eWallet balance showed up empty, about login issues, and losing customers when they failed to pay using the eWallet app.

At the time of writing, TnG has not given a time frame as to when the app will resume normally.
