The new iPhones are out and now Apple is offering 4 new 5G iPhones for this year with the new addition being the iPhone 12 mini which is a compact version of their popular smartphone.

For 2020, the company opted to use the same design for all their devices, with glass a in the front and back which is wrapped around an aluminium band reminiscent of the iPhone 5/5s.

Here is the breakdown between each iPhone:

iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 mini

The OG iPhone is getting its yearly refresh with a bigger 6.1 inch display, MagSafe wireless charging, a new A14 bionic chip and a new smaller 5.4 inch sibling, the iPhone 12 mini.

Both will have identical specs but the difference is that the iPhone 12 will have a bigger display.

They have the same dual 12MP camera system which Apple says is better than last year’s model especially in night photography and is capable to shoot in 4K.

Both iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 mini come in 5 colours – Black, White, Red (or Product Red), Green and Blue.

iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max

Since the Pro and and Pro Max lineup was introduced, they have been a staple for every iPhone event and this year is no different.

Both the iPhone 12 Pro and Pro Max will have the same A14 bionic chip as the two other phones but what separates them is the display size, camera and colour options.

The iPhone 12 Pro has the same 6.1 inch as the iPhone 12 while the iPhone 12 Pro Max has a huge 6.7 inch display.

Both camera systems include an Ultra Wide camera, a Telephoto camera and a new Wide camera with 4k video capabilities.

It’ll be available in Silver, Graphite, Gold and Pacific Blue.
