The Pokémon 2019 Press Conference just took place this morning in Tokyo and oh boy, there are some goodies awaiting all you Pokémon fans!

1. Detective Pikachu is coming to Nintendo Switch
Plans are underway to bring the world’s most adorable
detective to Nintendo Switch and the upcoming game will continue on from the original
Detective Pikachu Nintendo 3DS game.
Not much is known for now, so this is still an unsolved mystery. However, we detect that it’s going to be pretty fun!
2. You can now unite
all your Pokémon adventures under one roof
The latest Eevee-lution of the experience is Pokémon HOME, a cloud service app available on Nintendo Switch, iOS and Android devices that will connect players and a variety of games.
What’s amazing is that it isn’t bound to a single game system. So you can connect manage all your games in one place.
Trading function is also available on the service that’s scheduled make itself at home in early 2020.
3. You’ll soon be
able to train Pokémon while you sleep
Yes, you read that right. Trainers can get ahead with Pokémon Sleep that tracks the user’s
sleeping time.

4. There’s a new Pokémon device
During the day, you can use the Pokémon GO Plus+ device as
normal, catching elusive Pokémons and engaging in battles.
However at night, it becomes your cuddle buddy- helping track your sleep time and sending over the information to your smartphone via Bluetooth.
BONUS: In celebration of this announcement, trainers can look out for Snorlax snoozing in the wild in Pokemon Go!
5. Battle with your
dream team of Pokémon Trainers

games?
The new Pokémon Masters game makes your dream come true, letting you battle with star Pokémon Trainers from the long past of Pokémon video games.
FUN FACT: Pokémon Masters started off as an idea by Game Freak’s Ken Sugimori who wanted a game that featured all past and present trainers.
The game is set to launch in 2019 for Android and iOS.
