Seafood lovers may want to try the Nam Khon Clam Pasta (RM27).

The dish pairs short-neck clams with a creamy velouté sauce infused with mild Thai-inspired spices, offering a balance of richness and gentle heat.

It’s a comforting pasta that brings together Western cooking techniques with Southeast Asian flavours.

A Fresh Take On Aglio Olio

For something lighter, the Kantan Verde Olio (RM18) offers a refreshing twist on the classic aglio olio.

Instead of relying solely on garlic and olive oil, Diagram incorporates local ingredients such as ulam raja, torch ginger flower (bunga kantan), sautéed mushrooms and cherry tomatoes, creating a fragrant pasta with distinctive Malaysian notes.

Brunch Favourites Served All-day

Diagram has also expanded its breakfast selection with dishes available throughout the day.

The new Omelette (RM26) features caramelised onions and melted mozzarella wrapped inside fluffy eggs, served alongside toasted sourdough topped with avocado spread.

For those with a bigger appetite, the Big Breakfast (RM38) comes with two eggs cooked to your preference, crispy hash browns, sautéed mushrooms, housemade semi-dried cherry tomatoes and toasted sourdough.
