Nobu Kuala Lumpur is presenting their own mooncake offering in time for the Mid-Autumn Festival, which will fall on 1 October this year.

Their 2020 mooncake collection is called Full Moon by Nobu Kuala Lumpur, and boasts four Asian-inspired flavours including green tea lotus, black sesame lotus, kabocha (Pumpkin) lotus with single yolk, and a classic red bean paste.

Executive Chef Philip Leong notes that the mooncake collection were curated with traditional flavours we know and love because there’s a sense of nostalgia attached to mooncakes. Not only do mooncakes serve as part of a tradition, they are also a reminder of all the previous years’ celebrations.

The collection is priced at RM128 nett and will be available at Nobu Kuala Lumpur from 28th August to 1st October, or at Mid Valley Megamall’s mooncake exhibition at South Court from 4th September to 1st October.
