1. Kyochon 1991

Kyochon has been a solid part of the Korean fried chicken wave ever since it set up shop in Malaysia.

Well known for its crispy, juicy fried chicken coated generously in Korean sauces, it’s a treat for everyone to have.

2. 4 Fingers

Sinfully crispy and generously brushed with sauce, 4 Fingers Crispy Chicken is where you go when you’re craving that crunch.

Pair the crispy goodness with a side of seaweed fries to round off a yummy meal!

3. Choo Choo Chicken

Crunchy and deliciously saucy, Choo Choo Chicken has many flavours to choose from. They also have traditional Korean stews available as well.

If you walk into a restaurant called Chicken House and expect anything else but delicious fried chicken, you’re delusional. The exterior isn’t fancy, and the interior is basic, but Chicken House houses extraordinary fried chickens (see what I did there?).

Fried chicken is only one of the food items that Muslim-Korean owner serves at his restaurant. They serve plenty of other classic Korean dishes as well, which makes this place a great choice for a full Korean meal.

Eid Halal Korean Restaurant is family-owned and is located in Bangi.

7. Jinjja Chicken

The popular halal Singaporean Korean fast food chain is located in Mid Valley and Sunway Pyramid.

Their chicken comes in 3 flavours: soy-garlic, yangnyeom (sweet & spicy), and monster (really, really spicy).

8. K Fry Urban Korean

Fried chicken wrapped snugly in savoury cheese, what’s not to love? The portions here are on the larger side for sharing, so bring friends and family!

So technically Goobne doesn’t sell Korean fried chicken- they serve up the healthier alternative, Korean oven-baked chicken, instead.

This restaurant is open until 1AM, perfect for those late-night cravings. (Ps. Calories consumed after midnight don’t count!)

This home-style Korean restaurant is pretty popular for your favourite Korean dishes such as ramyeon and gimbap. Now, they've added Korean fried chicken to their menu.
