The hypermarket chain first introduced its #ImbasBalik Harga 2019 (1.0) campaign in April 2022 during the Ramadan-Hari Raya period, investing in prices for 20 lines of grocery food and drinks to give its customers a more delightful Eid celebration after two years of lockdown.

Lotus’s Malaysia Executive Director Customer Vivian Yap said that coming out of the pandemic, consumers have become extra cautious with their spending to cope with the increase in the cost of living.

Following positive responses from customers during the first phase of their campaign, Lotus’s made the decision to bring back #ImbasBalik Harga 2019.

This time we’re offering a wider selection of products. Furthermore, Lotus’s customers who are MyLotus’s members may collect points for their purchases and enjoy further savings when they redeem their points through the Lotus’s Malaysia app.

Through the #ImbasBalik Harga 2019 campaign, customers who do their grocery run at Lotus’s during the promotion period will get to enjoy discounted prices with savings of up to 20%.

Lotus’s is also currently running the Make Halal Your First Choice Campaign in collaboration with the Halal Development Corporation (HDC) to raise the marketability of Malaysian-made Halal products, a programme under the 2022 Budget Initiative, until the end of July 2022.
