She was 81, alone, and asleep when her dog started barking.
By the time she reached her own living room, two masked men were already inside.
CCTV footage, later posted online by the family, captured what happened next: one man walked directly toward her, grabbed her clothes, and kicked her to the ground — then kicked her again.
She fell; her back took the impact.
The men moved through her home — pulling drawers, rifling through cabinets — before walking out and driving away in a black Mazda.
It was 5:20 in the morning.
CCTV Got the Plate, The Suspects Got Away
The robbery happened on Tuesday (21 July) at Kampung Baru Selat Pagar, Lenggong, Perak — a quiet kampung baru where neighbours are supposed to know each other.
The victim lives alone.
She had no one else in the house; she had her dog.
The dog did its job, but the men came anyway.
Home CCTV captured the suspects’ vehicle number plate.
The family has since gone public, urging anyone in the Lenggong area who may have dashcam footage or home CCTV recordings from that morning to contact police immediately.
A report has been filed; the suspects remain at large.
