Man Complains About Not Enough Butter On Bread At Local Kopitiam Chain

A customer at a local kopitiam chain has expressed dissatisfaction with the amount of butter on his bread.
The man, who took his complaint to social media, ordered butter and kaya toast from the establishment but was disappointed to find insufficient butter on the bread.
The man explained that he believes the kopitiam has lost its touch and that other establishments now provide better customer value.
He reminisced how the kopitiam had the “first movers advantage” that once dominated the market but no longer maintained what they were once good at.
The kopitiam in question has yet to respond to the man’s complaints.
Others have also complained about the size of the butter and how it has decreased over time.
“All this while the size of butter like that even before inflation… just that slightly thick than now. So I stop going there…” said another customer.
Some said this is not the first time that the kopitiam has received complaints about the quality of their products.
Other customers have also shared their experiences with receiving mouldy bread and having to complain about having it replaced.
Netizens also specifically mentioned the Nasi Lemak Ayam, claiming that the rice was tasteless and the chicken used was small and frozen.
The establishment has yet to respond to the recent complaints.
