They have made history with their tactical plays against Indonesia, resulting in a 21-19, 21-14 victory for Malaysia.
The last time a Malaysian pair qualified for the world championships men’s doubles final was at the 2010 edition in Paris, which saw Koo Kien Keat-Tan Boon Heong losing to China’s Cai Yun-Fu Haifeng.
What a fantastic win for the doubles team right as Merdeka is right around the corner!
