As Hari Raya draws near, many people are preparing to buy various necessities for the festive season.
The same goes for online traders and sellers who struggle to complete orders and goods purchased by customers.
Hence, it is wise for consumers to keep in mind that there is a deadline for posting items.
Doing so can maximise the chances of the items arriving at your doorstep before Hari Raya Aidilfitri.
Recommended Posting Deadline To Ensure Goods Arrive Before Hari Raya Aidilfitri
Poslaju Malaysia has announced the deadline for posting if you want your goods to reach their destination before the Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebration begins.
Items posted after the recommended date will only be shipped after 5 May 5, 2022.
Most of the dates fall between 23 and 27 April, depending on the destination.
West and East Malaysia have different last posting days, even for the same company.
For the DHL courier company, the operating period in conjunction with Hari Raya Aidilfitri is as follows:
Ninja Van, touted as the only last mile delivery provider with 100% service coverage in Southeast Asia, has also shared their cut-off date.
Meanwhile, City-Link advises its customers not to send fragile items between 27 and 30 April due to the surge in deliveries.
ABX Express’s latest cutoff time is 28 April, albeit only for deliveries from the Southern region to West Malaysia.
Other courier companies have yet to update and inform the date of their service notice during Hari Raya Aidilfitri.
However, you can get posting deadline updates from courier companies such as J&T and others below through their social media as follows:
Orders posted after the cut-off dates will be delivered after Hari Raya.
Most courier companies will resume their operation on 5 May.
So, don’t wait until the end.
