Ingredients:

  • 1 box of dates, choose the soft type (recommended to use rotab dates, they are soft, the seeds are small)
  • Fresh milk/box milk

Methods:

  1. Separate the dates and take the contents only
  2. Steam for 20 minutes
  3. Blend using a food processor until it becomes a paste (don’t mix with water to get a long -lasting date paste)
  4. Put in a bottle and keep it in the fridge.
  5. When you’re ready to break fast, add 1 cup of milk + 1 tablespoon of date starch. The 5-minute sahur menu is ready!
  6. This menu is suitable for young and old, including for children who are learning to fast.
