Nurul Izzah Tests Positive For Covid-19
She said on social media that she only experienced mild symptoms.

Another politician has tested positive for Covid-19, and this time it’s Permatang Pauh Member of Parliament (MP) Nurul Izzah Anwar who announced the news on social media.
She said that she’s in good condition and only experienced mild symptoms such as lethargy, runny nose, and muscle/joint pain from the infection.
I have received a PCR report test that showed I was positive for Covid-19, however given that we have been conducting self-quarantine since February 6th; we will continue (HSO) & do our best to protect Safiyah (her daughter).

Nurul Izzah also mentioned that her family has been fully vaccinated and they’ve been following the standard operating procedures such as updating their MySejahtera statuses daily.
She is the second politician who is infected with Covid-19 this week after Former Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin also announced that he contracted the virus on 9 February.
