The outpouring of grief has reached all around the world after a five-year-old Moroccan boy died on Saturday.
In Malaysia, Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob extended his condolences to the family of Rayan Aourram who died on Saturday.
The incident started when Rayan plunged 32m through a dry well’s narrow opening at a village in northern Morocco.
Ismail Sabri, through a post on his Facebook, also extended condolences to Rayan’s family on behalf of Malaysians.
May the soul of the late Rayan rest in peace there. The children of heaven belong to Allah SWT.

Emotional Rescue Ending In Heartbreak
The rescue efforts have gripped the world’s attention as workers race against time to pull him out.
He was trapped for five days as massive rescuers were hampered by fears of a landslide.
They gave him food and water through an umbilical cord, and monitored him through video.
Late Saturday night, the Royal Moroccan Palace confirmed Rayan had breathed his last shortly after he was successfully removed and taken to a nearby hospital.
