Water Cuts In 463 Areas Across Klang Valley Due to Diesel Pollution In Sg Semenyih
Yet again, Klang Valley residents have to suffer Air Selangor water cuts due to pollution.

Air Selangor has announced yet another water cut for 463 areas in five regions.
This includes 172 areas in Petaling, 54 areas in Hulu Langat, 194 areas in Sepang, 23 areas in Putrajaya, and 20 areas in Kuala Langat.
These areas will be undergoing an unscheduled water supply disruption due to pollution.
Unknown pollution of diesel was detected at Sungai Semenyih, which led to the shut down of the Sg Semenyih water treatment plant for investigation.
However, 81 water tankers will be mobilised to the affected areas and critical premises.
Air Selangor has not given a timeframe for when residents can expect the resumption of their water supply, but noted that updates will be given on all their official communication channels.
