Singapore and Malaysia have agreed to restart cross-border air travel through the Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL) starting 29 November 2021 according to Singapore’s Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong.

He said on Facebook that Singapore and Malaysia have made good progress in vaccinating their populations and managing the pandemic.

So we agreed that it is timely to progressively resume cross-border travel between both countries. This will help revive our economies, restore people-to-people ties, and strengthen our bilateral partnership.
