If you live in Kuala Lumpur and you see a pothole on the road, it’s now possible to lodge a complaint straight to the Federal Territories Minister Datuk Seri Shahidan Kassim, his Deputy, Datuk Seri Jalaluddin Alias or the KL mayor Datuk Seri Mahadi Che Ngah.
Malay Mail quoted the Minister who gave out their numbers after he acknowledged the hazardous and appalling conditions of roads in the city, in the Dewan Rakyat today.
“For your information, the Kuala Lumpur City Hall is continuously monitoring the conditions of roads, especially those near construction sites, main roads and central business districts to ensure they are paved and maintained.Federal Territories Minister Datuk Seri Shahidan Kassim
He added that after discussing it with DBKL and based on the latest order issued, any complaint or information must be acted upon immediately within 24 hours.

Shahidan said that those who are visiting the capital can also call the numbers to report about potholes.

He said that as a response to Batu MP P. Prabakaran who questioned about the roads in KL which are in pretty bad shape.
