Prime Minister Tan Sri Mahiaddin Md Yasin is expected to have an audience with the Yang di-Pertuan Agong later today after attending a special Cabinet meeting at Putrajaya.

It’s reported that the meeting might be the last time before he is expected to resign.

Based on reports from The Star, the Pagoh MP will be at Istana Negara by around 11:30 am today.

Mahiaddin’s resignation looming?

A Bersatu leader yesterday confirmed to MalaysiaKini that Mahiaddin will submit his resignation letter to the Yang di-Pertuan Agong.

Bersatu Supreme Leadership Council Member Datuk Seri Mohd Redzuan Md Yusof said that the matter was relayed by Mahiaddin himself in a meeting recently.

There will be a special cabinet meeting before Muhyiddin faces the Agong to present his resignation letter.
