MySejahtera Helpdesk Now Addresses Appointment Issues

As much as we depend on the MySejahtera app for almost everything mobility and vaccine related, it is not perfect. Even today, the folks from the app released a statement on Twitter which basically said ‘try uninstalling and installing it back again’ if your app is unresponsive.
It’s a terrible hassle especially when you’re in a hurry and it crashes on the check-in screen.
For those of us who are concerned about our vaccination appointments and check the app every day, The Special Committee for Ensuring Access to COVID-19 Vaccine Supply (JKJAV) today tweeted out that there are some new options in the MySejahtera Helpdesk section.
Here are some notable options you should check out:
This option is for those who had trouble during the second AstraZeneca vaccination signup. Sadly it is not for us who just want our vaccine appointments now.
60 years old and above but haven’t received my appointment (Phase 2)
If you have an elderly parent or loved one and they have not got their appointment, tap this. Whatever you do, make sure they get on that vaccination list.
I want more information on Vaccine – Covid 19
There are a lot of options for useful information here. It answers questions that you may have ranging from ‘hey, why is my vaccination status stuck at assessment’, to ‘when is my appointment’, to ‘can me and my spouse get the same appointment date?’.
As expected, most of the options at the help desk would lead you to information instead of a form where you can voice your concerns.
