Book lovers have a reason to rejoice as well-beloved Big Bad Wolf Book Sale is making a comeback– physically.
There’s nothing quite like being surrounded by giant piles of books to read, and book lovers were sorely missing the gigantic annual book sale hosted by Big Bad Wolf Books.
Good news: It’s BACK
Worry no longer because the Big Bad Wolf Book Sale is BACK.
This time, the Big Bad Wolf Book Sale will feature some changes. The hybrid sale will be held both online and offline. For book lovers who will not be able to visit the sale in person, the online book sale will feature super discounted books with their ‘1sen deals’.
The online book sale will also run 24 hours so you can quench your thirst for that round-the-clock book shopping experience.
The in-person book sale experience
However, the physical book sale will be adhering to strict Covid-19 SOPs, and thus shoppers can expect some changes to their BBW book sale experience.
Most notably, the BBW book sale has changed locations. This year, it will be held at the newly-opened Tropicana Gardens Convention Center, with a stringent emphasis on Covid-19 SOPs.

Shoppers are expected to wear face masks at all time and maintain physical distancing while at the sale. Additionally, only 800 pax can be on the sales floor at a time to maintain appropriate space for physical distancing.
The physical sales will only operate from 10am-10pm instead of the 24-hours that shoppers may be used to, but the sale will run from 29 April to 10 May, so book aficionados can choose anyday within the 12-day period to drop by.
Due to the limited space, shoppers will need to queue up again to enter the hall if they leave the book sale area, so do make sure you have a full tummy and enough energy to browse the 60,000 book titles available!
Accessible books for all
The Tropicana Gardens Convention Center is right above the new Tropicana Gardens Mall, which means easy access to restaurants and retail shops.
Additionally, Tropicana Gardens Mall is connected to the Surian MRT station, with less than a 5 minute walk on a covered walkway between the train platform and the convention center.
