Air Selangor: Scheduled Water Cuts For Two Days Starting From 12 January In Several Areas In Klang Valley

Expect water cuts in several areas of the Klang Valley for two days next week starting next Tuesday (12 January) due to a scheduled water supply disruption.
Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd said that it’s caused by the work of moving and connecting new pipes near Persiaran Selangor Section 15, Shah Alam.
It will affect a total of 22 areas in Shah Alam, four in Klang and 10 in Petaling Jaya and it’s reported that the water supply will be fully restored by 14 January.

Shah Alam
Klang
Petaling
They said that the duration of disruption and restoration of the water supply will depend on the distance of the location of the consumer premises as well as the pressure of the distribution system.
Consumers in the affected areas are also advised to maintain adequate water supply and use water prudently throughout the period of the scheduled water supply disruption.
Air Selangor said that the maintenance work will enable the water supply distribution system to always be in optimal condition.
Improving the pipeline infrastructure is also part of Air Selangor’s efforts in improving the best service experience for the convenience of consumers in the future.
