Google Services Currently Down Worldwide, Netizens Panic
It appears to have affected all of Google’s products, including Google Drive, YouTube, Google Meet, and even Gmail.

[Update: At 8.30pm, Google services have resumed working again.]
It takes a global outage for us to really realize just how reliant we are on all of Google’s services.
At around 8pm on Monday night (14 December), all of Google’s services were unavailable- globally.
Within minutes of the disruption, #GoogleIsDown took Twitter by storm, with netizens from countries all over the world sharing their screenshots of error messages.

It appears to have affected all of Google’s products, including Google Drive, YouTube, Google Meet, and even Gmail. (Although Chrome seems to be fine!)

According to the Google outage map, this outage is affecting almost every part of the world.
We’re not sure why this happened, but maybe it’s time we all took a break from the computer anyway.
