KLites can once again pay for parking using the Touch ‘n Go eWallet mobile application after Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) unexpectedly removed it in October.
The function went offline for a while as DBKL was sorting out parking payment options after discontinuing the use of its street metered parking machines in favour of cashless payments.
This resulted in KL drivers having to download a variety of different apps in order to pay for parking.

So how to pay for parking?
Users simply need to select the “parking” icon on the app, and payments will automatically be deducted from your eWallet once you’ve filled in the details of your vehicle and the location of your preferred parking spot.
Drivers in Subang Jaya and Kuala Langat (Selangor), Putrajaya, Kuala Terengganu (Terengganu), Machang and Kota Baru (Kelantan) can also utilize the TnG eWallet to pay for parking in their respective cities.
The TnG eWallet app is available for downloads on the Apple App Store or Google Play.
