With 453 new cases today, the increase in Covid-19 cases in Klang Valley has surpassed Sabah which saw 319 new cases
Even Negeri Sembilan recorded 240 new cases, with 234 in Seremban alone.
With this latest development, Health Director General Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah worries that due to the population density in these areas, it would pose a challenge for the Ministry to conduct public health exercises.
We can see that most of the districts in Selangor and Putrajaya are now red zones. This is a proactive step that we’re taking before the infection starts to spread. If we were late to take action, there’s a possibility that the number cases would’ve been more.
