Msia’s First-Of-Its-Kind VR Property Gallery Is Here So You Can Stay Safe While Shopping For A Home
You can even take a virtual tour of their overseas developments.
Gamuda Land just launched its Virtual Experience Gallery, allowing Malaysians to take personalised tours of any of the developer’s projects from the comforts of their own home.
The Virtual Experience Gallery is the first of its kind in Malaysia, which provides visitors with a full 360° view of all Gamuda Land’s projects in 3D format.
Visitors will also be accompanied by a dedicated Relationship Associate (RA), who will be there to guide them through the functions of the virtual gallery. The RA will also be present via a Video Live Chat function to answer any questions visitors may have during the tour. They can also provide guided tours around the chosen 360° virtual show unit should you request for it.
One thing worth noting is that visitors to Gamuda Land’s Virtual Experience Gallery are not confined to viewing local properties only, but the developer’s overseas projects as well. This includes residential projects in Australia, Vietnam, and Singapore.
But perhaps the most useful feature of the gallery is its debt service ratio calculator, which can generate every visitor’s loan eligibility on the spot. On top of that, visitors can also get a conditional pre-approved bank loan from a selected range of banks. With these in hand, visitors can search and view their dream homes conveniently.
Extra goodies for successful purchases
In conjunction with the launch of their Virtual Experience Gallery, Gamuda Land is awarding home buyers with a gold investment account worth up to RM9,000 for successful purchases made via the virtual platform.
Prospective buyers can also access various deals and customised home ownership solutions through GL HOME; as well as their loyalty programmes like GL Friends and GL Acquaint.
