The highest number of deaths in a day was recorded on 29 March with a loss of 8 Covid-19 patients.

Six Covid-19 patients have died today, the highest death toll in a day since March, announced Health Director-General Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah.
Dr Noor Hisham explained that the patients who succumbed to the viral infections were from Sabah and half of them had also suffered from comorbidities.

The highest death toll in a day due to Covid-19 was last recorded on 29 March with 8 patients passing away.
Today, 354 new Covid-19 cases were recorded, bringing the total of active cases to 3,863.
